Under the IDA Grant, your web site must GO-LIVE within two (2) months from the date of Grant Application. In the event you fail to meet the Grant Deadline, you will no longer qualify for the SIP Grant. Paragraph 8 of the Terms & Conditions of the Project Agreement – MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS: Both parties will commit to an agreed timetable for each stage of the web site development, and will, in good faith and reciprocity, work together expeditiously to meet the agreed datelines. In the event of any undue and unreasonable delay by one party, the other party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. In the event you do not submit us owner material and selected page layout design to enable us to start work on the Project within four weeks from the date of this Agreement, we shall be entitled to treat this undue delay as your intention to terminate this Agreement, whereupon the Retainer Fee shall be forfeited to us. The process takes 2 months from start to finish - 3 days from the signing ofthe order forms to the IDA Grant Application & project commencement, 10 days to providing us with content and layout choice, 14 days to setting up a staging site, and 30 days for 2 rounds of changes before the site goes live and the submission of the IDA fulfillment Form.
